New photograph from Andrew Edgington shows that the green bag originally sighted on 9th March 2012 is still in situ!!
Minister asked if it is subject to a preservation order
Please refer to M32 J1 – not cleaned for over a year

Dear Mr Goodwill,
I understand that you have taken over as minister with responsibility for the Highways Agency.
Could you please refer to:
www.cleanhighways.co.uk/highways-agency/m32-j1-not-cleaned-for-over-2-years and
www.cleanhighways.co.uk/highways-agency/m32-j1-not-cleaned-for-over-a-year
The latter includes links to my 2012 correspondence with Balfour Beatty, the Secretary of State for Transport, Graham Dalton and Ginny Clarke of the Highways Agency.
None of this seems to have had any effect. The slip road in question has still not been cleaned as evidenced by the now infamous green bag, which is clearly evident in photographs taken in early 2012, 2013 and 2014.
Unless it is subject to a preservation order I would be most grateful if you could please arrange for its removal.
I am copying this to Peter Silverman of Clean Highways and Andrew Gwynne MP as I think it may be pertinent to the discussion they are having with your department.
Yours sincerely
Andrew Edgington
