I took these photographs on 23rd October 2015. They depict the bottom sections of the southbound off slip roads of three junctions.
All of the accumulated litter shown is safely accessible and could have been picked up without the need to close the adjacent slip road.
This is further evidence of Highways England’s failure to comply with its duty under S89(1) of the Environmental Protection Act.
A portable metal sign had been left on the verge at J11 for over 12 months.
