Information Commissioner has issued 7 Decision Notices  so far in 2014 admonishing the DfT / Highways Agency about its handling of information requests about motorway litter

To date in 2014 the Information Commissioner has issued the following Decision Notices criticising the way the DfT / Highways Agency handled information requests from myself and James Milller.

Of the 8 requests made by me since July 2013 5 were subject to Decision notices.

Breach of EIR 5(2) – Failure to provide information within 20 days.
