
Michael Ellis, MP for Northampton North, was appointed as a Minister of State at the Department for Transport on 23 May 2019. His responsibilities include the Highways England network of motorways and strategic roads.
He replaces Jesse Norman who became Paymaster General and Financial Secretary to the Treasury.
