Letter from Keep Britain Tidy’s “Love where you live” campaign team

Dear Supporter,

You may be aware that Keep Britain Tidy is currently under going a substantial re-structure due to cuts in the DEFRA grant the organisation receives.

As a result the Love Where You Live team have been granted voluntary redundancy with our final day being Friday 27 January.

Due to the uncertainty around resources at Keep Britain Tidy it has been a challenging couple of months trying to plan for Love Where You Live for the coming year but we are currently doing our best to tie things up so that everything is in a good position to be taken forward – as seen fit – by the new Keep Britain Tidy Campaigns Team who should come into post in the next month or so.

In the meantime the Love Where You Live team are handing everything over to Helen Bingham Helen.bingham@keepbritaintidy.org 01942 612617 and the existing Keep Britain Tidy Communications team as they will be at Keep Britain Tidy for some months yet delivering existing work commitments in their present roles.

The team would like to take the opportunity to thank you all for your commitment and enthusiasm for Love Where You Live over the last six months and we hope the campaign will continue to grow with your on-going support.

We wish you all the best with the future and hope our paths cross again at some point!

With very best wishes

Alys, Thelfa, Zoe and Kalina
Love Where You Live team
