Dear Mr Silverman

WITHOUT PREJUDICE

It is clearly not in the public interest to devote further resources/costs to this matter and send 2 officers to Court to argue over £242 – despite the principle involved.

I am therefore instructed to accept, that in the particular circumstances of this matter, that there were reasonable grounds for submitting the complaint in this case on the strict proviso you now withdraw the Summons and confirm neither party need to attend Court on Wednesday.

I reserve the right to draw the Courts attention to this correspondence in the event that the matter is not withdrawn.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Payment can be made by cheque or electronic bank transfer.

Please let me know to whom a cheque should be made payable or alternatively if you require a bank transfer please let me have the account number, bank, sort Code and name on the account to where payment should be made.
